Description
The IMD Alumni Club of Canada is pleased to invite you to a special evening with Rudi Blatter, former CEO of Lindt Canada and current CEO of IBEX CHC Inc., on the topic of:
What Do Espresso, Pinot Noir, Pink Floyd & Lindt Excellence Have in Common?
For 24 years, Rudi Blatter was the CEO of Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), building the Lindt brand from zero to Canada’s most-respected premium chocolate brand through operational excellence, focused marketing and innovative retail strategy.
Organizations with strong entrepreneurial tendencies statistically perform better, achieving higher levels of innovation and growth. But corporate “intrapreneurship” is difficult to achieve in a global company as traditional corporate practices run opposite to what is needed to build a new business.
In this talk, Rudi shares the secret sauce to Lindt Canada’s success and his philosophy on pioneering brand new businesses within a multinational corporate environment.
